Founder & Lead Consultant
With over 18 years of experience in the fire service and 20 years of military service, I founded Command Readiness Group to help businesses improve emergency preparedness, workplace safety awareness, and operational readiness through practical, real-world solutions.
I currently serve as a Captain in the fire service and as a Sergeant First Class (SFC) in the Army National Guard, where I have gained extensive leadership and operational experience in emergency response, incident command, training, rescue operations, hazardous materials response, and organizational preparedness.
I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Fire Science as well as a Master of Public Administration (MPA) in Law and Public Policy from Liberty University. My professional background also includes certifications and training in Firefighting, EMT, Hazardous Materials Response, Technical Rescue, Fire Instruction, Fire Investigation, FEMA Incident Command Systems (ICS 100, 200, 300, 400, 700, and 800), CPR/AED Instruction, and military leadership development through the Advanced Leaders Course.
Throughout my career, I have seen firsthand that many businesses genuinely want to create safer environments for their employees and customers but often struggle to navigate the complexity of emergency planning, safety preparedness, and operational readiness while balancing daily business demands.
